9. Annual General Meeting

9.1 An Annual General Meeting shall be held in June of each year.

9.2 The business of the Annual General Meeting shall be:

to receive the Chairman’s report of the activities of the Chamber during the preceding year
to receive and consider the accounts of the Chamber for the preceding year and the Auditor’s report on the accounts
to receive a report on the financial position of the Chamber
to elect Officers and other members of the Executive Committee
to elect the Auditor or to confirm that they remain in office
to fix the enrolment fee and subscriptions for the current year, and
to consider any alterations proposed to these Rules
